One of the keys to my maintaining a good weight is what's called portion control. I never consciously do it but my tummy is prompt in telling me when it's full. At that dinner Friday night it told me that it didn't want anymore duck so I asked for a doggy bag. Yesterday I made a pasta mush for dinner with it (pasta, vegetables, pieces of duck and lots of parmesan-reggiano) and today I cut up the last chunk and put it on a slice of warm bread for lunch. Three meals out of one. My cousin taught me how useful doggy bags were as when we ate out she'd order something her husband also liked and brought some home for him; he then had the most delicious lunches at work the next day. Hooray for leftovers.
